HR Undefined 2019: Explore + Innovate

April 10 & 11 | Shaw Conference Centre | Edmonton, AB

HR Undefined is CPHR Alberta’s largest annual event. It provides an environment where you can learn solutions to HR challenges through professional development and networking with Alberta’s HR pros. In April 2019, Human Resources and business professionals will meet in Edmonton, Alberta for over 40 professional development sessions, networking and community building at HR Undefined 2019: Explore + Innovate.

Explore + Innovate

In 2019, HR Undefined is themed ‘Explore + Innovate’. For several years Alberta was caught in a recession that forced many HR professionals to adapt to smaller teams, changing demands, and increased workloads. Necessity has been called the mother of invention, and the necessity of stretching HR budgets as far as possible has led to surprising new innovations. We want attendees to continue to find solutions to these challenges.

At the same time, the world of HR has continued to evolve. Across Canada, and around the world, new challenges and opportunities have arisen. HR Undefined offers a forum where HR professionals can share ideas, explore breakthroughs, and create exciting new models for success

Exhibit opportunities

The CPHR Alberta Conference: HR Undefined engages hundreds of leaders and it has grown with their guidance. New online platforms have increased the audience, a tradeshow speaker area highlights industry expertise and an expanded professional development program will increase the rigour of our speaker selection process. Register now

The call for speakers is now closed

Attendees to HR Undefined aren’t new to the profession. In fact, the average attendee has been practicing HR for more than 13 years. While there are some students and new professionals, we strongly encourage speakers to position their presentation to an HR Manager level.

Breakout Sessions are the highest-ranked priority for HR Undefined attendees. More than the keynotes, networking receptions, or tradeshow, our members attend HR Undefined to unlock valuable resources and gain new skills. General information should be avoided – target a precise HR challenge and present a solution.
