The new micro-credential courses have been designed to fill the gaps many professionals are finding when upskilling in their current human resources and administration roles. The unique offerings will allow you to assess where your strengths are and what areas to focus on, developing very targeted and applicable skills. People Strategy: Strategic Workforce Planning micro-credential is now available for registration - Later in 2022, the following micro-credentials will also be available, People Strategy: Talent Acquisition and People Strategy: Talent Retention.

Through PowerED™, CPHR Alberta members have access to a number of micro-credentials that have been selected and tailored to fit the unique needs of our HR community. Members can access several on-demand courses and certificates including Embracing Allyship & Inclusion, Coach Approach for Leadership Development and two leadership micro-credentials: Essential Skills for Leaders and the Leader Development Program.

Responsible Cannabis Use (RCU): E-Learning Course

RCU is a cannabis education company that brings awareness to cannabis facts, laws, regulations, and research. Through its products: Cann I Know and CannEd, RCU aims to educate all Canadians about responsible cannabis use.
