Katherine Salucop,
CPHR, She/Her
Katherine works for the Edmonton Police Service as the Executive Director, Human Resources Division. In her role she provides oversight to a team of professionals who provide a suite of HR services including Employee and Labour Relations, Compensation and Evaluation, Pay and Benefits, Civilian Recruiting, and Employee and Organizational Wellness, to over 3000 sworn and civilian members of the service.
Katherine almost 20 years of progressive experience in human resources in public and private sector with demonstrated competencies in organizational design, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee and labour relations, performance management, and total rewards.
Katherine is a proud Albertan, currently residing and raising her family in Edmonton. She holds an MBA and B.Comm from the University of Alberta and also serves as a Board Member for Terra Centre.
