Research

This report is the outcome of a collaborative 

initiative between Vantage Circle, CPHR Alberta, 

CPHR Members and various organizations in the 

province aimed at understanding how Recognition 

& Rewards (R&R) Programs are currently being 

implemented across the province, and how these 

programs can evolve to meet the needs of a rapidly 

changing workforce. 

The impetus for this study emerged from a 

roundtable held in early 2024, where a group of 

CPHR executives and senior HR leaders from 

across Alberta came together to explore the state 

of recognition.
