Employer Account

Creating an employer account is easy!


  1. Click the link below to set up your account.

  2. Sign up with a work email (gmail, hotmail and yahoo are not accepted).

  3. You'll receive an email from cphrab@paddo.ca to reset your password and login.

  4. Once you have logged in, navigate to the Career Compass tab.

  5. Click "Create" in the top right-hand corner.

  6. Fill-in all information relevant to the posting.

  7. Click "Preview" to continue.

  8. If ready to post, click "Pay for Listing".


Once payment is made you will receive an email confirming that your position has been listed.
