Join the CPHR Alberta Executive Program

Our Executive Program is designed to bring together visionary leaders, industry pioneers, and seasoned executives for a year of impactful connections, inspiring conversations, and groundbreaking collaboration.


This program is for CPHR Alberta chartered members only, who hold a senior executive position such as CHRO, CEO, CFO, President, Executive Director, VP/Vice VP or similar roles with significant decision-making responsibilities. These individuals must have a focus on long-term strategy and business growth and influence their organization's direction. This space is for learning and connecting, no sales or business pitches are permitted.

June 2nd & 3rd, 2026 at the BMO Centre, Calgary

For executive-level members, programming delves into elevating leadership influence and economic readiness, including sessions on eliminating the hidden distractions that undermine executive alignment, reframing labour relations to drive strategic value, and cultivating success‑oriented mindsets that enable transformation across the organization. 


Executive stream of sessions have been strategically placed throughout the conference schedule, include an invite only workshop on day 1.
