Building Neuroinclusive Workplaces: From Awareness to Action

CPHR Alberta, in partnership with Bow Valley College and Mitacs, is pleased to share a new report examining how organizations are advancing neurodiversity inclusion in phase two of our work on Neurodiversity in the Workplace. Drawing on primary research, case studies, secondary research, and a practical impact framework, the report explores how neuroinclusive hiring and workplace practices are being implemented, experienced, and measured across organizations.

While progress is evident, many employers continue to rely on informal approaches and lack meaningful measurement of outcomes. The report offers insights and practical guidance to help organizations move toward more intentional, accountable, and effective neuroinclusive strategies.

Read the full report to learn how your organization can transform inclusion efforts into measurable workplace impact.
