Director

Shauna Yohemas is a strategic and progressive leader with a passion for facilitating exceptional employee experiences by helping leaders to create the conditions where people are highly engaged and able to do their best work. Shauna brings significant experience serving in human resources, senior leadership and board roles in both public and private sectors. Shauna holds a Master of Arts in Leadership degree from Royal Roads University, is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and a Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).


Shauna lives in the Edmonton area with her husband and kids, and serves as the Vice President, People, Culture & Equity at NorQuest College. As a member of the Executive Team, she helps lead in the achievement of the college's strategic plan while fostering a strong and inclusive organizational culture that reflects the colleges values and purpose. In partnership with her passionate and dedicated teams, she leads in the development and implementation of work designed to strengthen programs and practices associated with organizational development & effectiveness, talent management and advancing equity.
