Vice-Chair

Jesse is currently the Chief People Officer at YMCA of Northern Alberta with over 20 years of experience in public, private and not-for-profit companies spanning transportation, manufacturing, mining and community services. He began his early career working in finance before transitioning to operations leadership, ultimately moving into Human Resources where he’s helped transform the people approach at several large organizations, bringing a strategic and innovative approach to his roles. 


Jesse has served on the CPHR Alberta Board of Directors since May 2022 and is currently the Chair of the Board.  Jesse has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Acadia University and an MBA from Saint Mary’s University.  Jesse also has his CPHR, SHRM-SCP  and ICD.D designations.
