Melanie Peacock

Melanie Peacock, with almost 30 years of experience as a Human Resources Management professional, brings enthusiasm as well as a rich and diverse set of experience to her work.

Sheila Newel

Sheila Newel began an extensive career as an instructor at SAIT where, after 10 years of instruction and instructional supervision, she was promoted to Dean of Communications, Dean of Applied Arts & Sciences, then Director of Human Resources.  After leaving SAIT, Sheila continued to manage Human Resources departments in the energy sector.  She earned her honors Bachelor of Arts Degree, Education Administration Graduate Diploma, and Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Alberta, the University of Calgary, and Queens Industrial Centre, respectively.

Joanne Dial

A designated HR professional with 20 years of experience designing and implementing human capital strategies for corporations. From 2007 to January 2017, I was the sole HR leader at a publicly traded Canadian alternative energy firm with a US based subsidiary that was acquired and privatised in 2015 by a China-based organisation. A candid communicator with a talent for team building coupled with battle tested business acumen. Dagny Guy

With over 15 years’ experience in the administrative field, including many years working in human resources, Dagny possesses the business acumen required to assist you with the growth of your own organization. Val Carter

With many years of experience in a wide variety of organizations, Val’s knowledge is based in the real world. She’s been there, done that, failed many times – and learned from her experiences.

Val is certified in both human resources and training & development. Through her company, The Success Centre, she partners with organizations both large and small to design and deliver enjoyable results-based learning sessions. She also facilitates courses for Continuing Education at the University of Calgary.

Jamal Osman

Working in the HR field for over 10 years (internationally initially and in Canada for the past 8 years), I bring a variety of backgrounds and perspectives to some of the unique challenges facing organizations on a day-to-day basis. The added value I present includes experience from the private and public sector, as well as not-for-profit/charitable organization work.

Darryl Rubis

Darryl Rubis has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Alberta and a Master's Degree from Queen's University. Darryl has over 20 years of extensive HR experience. He has over 30 years of experience working in Government, Private, Public, and Nonprofit Industries.

Besides consulting services through his company Seven Bridges and Associates Consulting, Darryl also provides Training and Development in Leadership, Communications, and Human Resources.
