Over the past twenty-five years Craig Ilott has worked in the field of Human Resources and specifically in the area of compensation. He has worked as an internal compensation consultant for: a large municipality; Alberta’s largest utility; a multi-national fertilizer giant; and for Canada’s largest sporting goods retailer.
I specialize in legal compliance and best practice advisory services, and special projects including recruitment, performance management, disciplinary action, disability management and policy development. I offer more than 28 years of Human Resources experience in the public and industrial sectors in northern Alberta and B.C., in union and non-union environments.
