Geordie MacPherson, CPHR (He/Him/His) currently works in Calgary and lives in Rocky View County (Treaty 7) and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional, Certified Executive Coach and a Belongify Certified Coach. He has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Mount Royal University and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
He brings over 17 years of progressive experience within the field of Human Resources. Currently, he is the Vice President of People & Experience at Tundra Process Solutions where he is responsible for the strategy for all people operations initiatives while promoting a fun, innovative, empowering, and engaging culture for 167 employees across Canada.
Geordie brings 15 years of cumulative experience on a not-for-profit Governance Board. He has served on the Board for Calgary Girls Charter School and The Association of Alberta Public Charter Schools. Currently, he is an active Member of the Bisset HR Partnership Council at Mount Royal University and the Chartered Professional in Human Resources Alberta Board.
