ADVERTISING GUIDELINES

Advertising space is subject to availability. Subject matter and wording of all advertising is subject to approval by CPHR Alberta. CPHR Alberta reserves the right to decline any content deemed inappropriate. All Text and Premium Text listings are placed chronologically starting with the earliest event date. Text listings may only include events or surveys. Products offered should be booked into visual ad spots. Quotes for ad campaigns are valid for 15 days. In case of technical malfunction for misplaced ads, clients have the option of a complete refund or a similar ad run at a future date. All materials are due Wednesday of the preceding week to ad deployment. Late materials are accepted on a case-by-case basis. CPHR Alberta offers guaranteed position for visual ads at a cost of $25.00 per spot, on a first come basis.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required in advance for all advertisement. CPHR Alberta accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express or cheques payable to CPHR Alberta. NSF cheques will result in a $50.00 service charge. Prices quoted are subject to GST. Please calculate GST at the rate in effect in your location. Reg #134830389.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to CPHR Alberta 14 days prior to the scheduled date. A full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee, will then be processed. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date will not be refunded.
