CPHR Alberta is responding to member feedback with a new policy providing dues relief for parental leave, temporary medical leave or unemployment. The CPHR Alberta Board of Directors approved the policy during their recent meeting, with an immediate rollout to members. The changes bring a 65% reduction in annual dues to affected members.
A proposal for the changes was brought forward by a member in late January and echoed concerns voiced in the annual member survey. The policy will make it easier for these members to remain part of our HR community.
