About the Session

Whether you are reviewing your existing HR strategy or starting to build a new HR strategy from scratch, you are no doubt seeking to ensure HR in your enterprise is more than just a back-office function, rahter a core piece of the organizational fabric with the ability to influence and support the most powerful asset of any organization: it's people.

As business strategies evolve in the face of disruption and organizations come face to face with the reality that productivity has been flat and in decline for the past two decades, HR professionals are being challenged to rethink outdated views and establish a new set of truths for the social enterprise at work.

Join Neil Hunter to explore the practical steps you can take to build a new HR strategy that helps HR advance in your organization from necessary administator/supporting function to a key business partner, and - in some cases - to trusted advisor at the executive table.
