Jean-Simon Leclerc is a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology who is passionate about HR transformation, particularly HR technology, analytics, and strategic talent management. Starting his post doctorate career client-side in HR talent management at a major Canadian bank, he joined SuccessFinder in 2017 initially guiding leading client organizations to get the most from their talent assessments. Jean-Simon now deploys evidence-based talent solutions for global clients as leader of the Client Solutions & Success practice, recognized by US-based independent tech review website G2 as “Easiest to Work With” in Winter 2023 and providing best-in-class support.
Katherine Gibbard, MA – Behavioral Scientist, SuccessFinder
Katherine Gibbard is an award-winning Doctoral candidate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology whose current research is specialized in HR technology and employee trust in artificial intelligence. In addition to her publications in leading peer-reviewed academic journals, Katherine has over six years of experience in applied analysis and consulting: partnering with organizations to implement and evaluate evidence-based solutions across performance management, strategic workforce planning and DE&I. Katherine has continued to blend cutting-edge academia with real world applications since joining SuccessFinder in 2021 as a Behavioral Scientist where she is instrumental in the creation of custom solutions for a broad range of enterprise clients.
