About the Event

While human resources are an organization's greatest asset, in some cases they may also be their greatest risk. Placing a risk management lens on employee behaviors (of all titles) helps organizations anticipate the risks, and take the appropriate and legally defensible actions to mitigate and reduce the risks of misconduct.

The topics include:

- An introduction to risk management

- Understanding high conflict persons and dark triad personality

- Consequence and Likelihood of human resource behavioral risks

- Psychological Safety, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying risks

- Risk management approach to reducing or eliminating the likelihood of the risks
