Heather Majeau, CPHR, CCP, is the Founder and Executive Director of HJM & Associates. Her focus has been to work closely with her clients to support and guide them in their own deliverables to their organizations. Her work spans many aspects of the Human Resources profession. Her career has been in leadership roles in organizations being a true generalist. More recently her business has been to work with small to mid-sized organizations, both for profit and for benefit. She works with like-minded fellow professionals to deliver Talent Management services and products to clients. Experienced in talent acquisition, career management, succession planning, learning and development, performance management, career transition, respectful workplace initiatives, HR policies and procedures and total rewards and compensation programs. Heather has certification in several tools, a few being: Harrison Assessment Talent Solutions, Personalized Management Coaching, and Leadership Architect. Heather is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and is a Certified Coach Practitioner. With her interest in working with adults’ learning and development she attained her Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education with Honours.
She is known for her integrity, respectful manner, and focus on follow through, with over 30 years in HR & Talent Management. With a deeply rooted commitment to the success of others, Heather can support you and your business needs as they grow and change. She’s passionate about guiding and supporting people, so freely mentors others in the profession, and gives back to students as a guest in some programs at NAIT.
