About the Gateway Meeting Space

CPHR Alberta designed a training space with the intention of serving our members, staff, and community. The Gateway Room is an affordable, collaborative, and aesthetically pleasing space perfect for your next training or meeting event. CPHR Alberta offers our members, non-members and Kahanoff tenants affordable pricing and a hassle-free booking experience.

It’s located adjacent to CPHR Alberta’s offices on the 9th floor of the Kahanoff Centre in Calgary.

How to Book the Gateway Meeting Space

  1. The Gateway meeting room is available to be booked Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm, or half or full day.
  2. Please review the terms of use, then complete and sign this form. Attach the form in an email to events@cphrab.ca
  3. CPHR Alberta representative will review all requests for bookings and will send a confirmation or alternate dates within five business days.
  4. Once your dates are confirmed we will send you an invoice for payment. Any questions you may have can be directly sent to events@cphrab.ca
