Payment Policy

Payments for event registrations must be made through the secure online registration site using PayPal or credit card to CPHR Alberta. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to events@cphrab.ca

Cancellation requests received at least 10 business days prior to the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received less than 10 business days prior to the event date will be considered on compassionate grounds on a substantiated, case-by-case basis. 

Substitutions

Substitution requests must be received in writing via email to events@cphrab.ca at least 5 business days prior to the event date. Requests for substitutions less than 5 business days prior to the event date will be considered on compassionate grounds on a substantiated, case-by-case basis.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at or participation in CPHR Alberta events constitute an agreement by the registrant to CPHR Alberta’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes.
