Megan de Nooy

I am a practical, results oriented HR practitioner. As a Gemini there are two of me present at any one time - analytical & intuitive, able to deliver operationally and strategically, having an orientation for numbers and people. Others would describe me as clear communicator and able to explain HR in an easy to understand manner. I love working with engineers - they are problem solvers and I can get to help them work through people stuff. I bring a marketing focus to my work - if it doesn't fit the client then it doesn't make sense to go forward.

For the past eight years Clementine has worked with organizations to improve efficiencies and maximize profitability by developing their people processes. This work has included the development of policies and procedures, performance management processes and employee documentation.
