Amanda Charron is a Partner with Salopek & Associates Ltd. and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources who holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in addition to a Registered Professional Recruiter Designation. Val is certified in both human resources and training & development. Through her company, The Success Centre, she partners with organizations both large and small to design and deliver enjoyable results-based learning sessions. She also facilitates courses for Continuing Education at the University of Calgary.

Janet Salopek

Janet is a CPHR with 20 plus years of experience. She is a senior business leader with a strong background in strategic planning, human resources and board governance. She also brings to the client advanced certification in Board Governance with an Institute of Corporate Directors designation (ICD.D). In June of 2005, she left her position as VP of Human Resources for United Farmers of Alberta and in 2006, incorporated Salopek & Associates Ltd.

Clementine Crooks

Clementine Crooks has her Masters in Leadership and is a CPHR candidate who will complete her certification in 2017. For the past eight years Clementine has worked with organizations to improve efficiencies and maximize profitability by developing their people processes. This work has included the development of policies and procedures, performance management processes and employee documentation.

Christine Bye is a senior HR Generalist with 15 years of experience in oil and gas, non-profit and recruitment service industries. Christine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with majors in Human Resources Management and Accounting from the University of Manitoba. Christine provides a strategic, entrepreneurial, and innovative approach to coaching and advising business clients. She has a proven ability to establish credibility and trust with all levels within an organization.

Dagny Guy

With over 15 years’ experience in the administrative field, including many years working in human resources, Dagny possesses the business acumen required to assist you with the growth of your own organization. Dagny has achieved their RPR (Registered Professional Recruiter) designation and Career Transition Consultant Certification.
