Jamal Osman

Working in the HR field for over 10 years (internationally initially and in Canada for the past 8 years), I bring a variety of backgrounds and perspectives to some of the unique challenges facing organizations on a day-to-day basis. The added value I present includes experience from the private and public sector, as well as not-for-profit/charitable organization work.

A Chartered Professional in Human Resources with a degree in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations, Jeannie offers an extensive background of progressively senior leadership and project management experience. Practiced in the landscape of both private and public-sector workplaces. Combining keen business acumen, strong regulatory expertise and a practical people approach, Jeannie believes it’s about aligning human resource activities with the needs of the organization; building policies into programs, and taking our workforce from employed to engaged.

Currently a Human Resources Manager for an oilfield subsidiary of a publicly traded company.

Previously managed Human Resources for a logistics division of a major retail chain.

Janet Salopek

Janet is a CPHR with 20 plus years of experience. She is a senior business leader with a strong background in strategic planning, human resources and board governance. She also brings to the client advanced certification in Board Governance with an Institute of Corporate Directors designation (ICD.D). In June of 2005, she left her position as VP of Human Resources for United Farmers of Alberta and in 2006, incorporated Salopek & Associates Ltd.

Lloyd Fischer

Lloyd Fischer has been working in the Human Resources and Dispute Resolution fields since 2009 – bringing with him years of practical, hands on experience.

 

Reg Skwarek

Reg is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources with more than 30 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources and Labour Relations at the regional and national levels. Reg has worked in senior HR-LR leadership roles in various industries including Oil Sands mining, extraction, processing and maintenance; manufacturing; technology; post secondary college; transportation and all four levels of Government (Federal, Provincial, Territorial and Municipal).
