Janet is a CPHR with 20 plus years of experience. She is a senior business leader with a strong background in strategic planning, human resources and board governance. In June of 2005, she left her position as VP of Human Resources for United Farmers of Alberta and in 2006, incorporated Salopek & Associates Ltd.
I offer more than 28 years of Human Resources experience in the public and industrial sectors in northern Alberta and B.C., in union and non-union environments. My career began as a Regional Personnel Manager with the Alberta Government, moved to Canadian Forest Products Ltd. (Canfor) in B.C. and Alberta as HR Coordinator. Finally, as Executive Director at Grande Prairie Regional College I lead the HR Department, assisted the Board in hiring its President and successfully managed two mergers prior to starting my own consulting business.
Darryl Rubis has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Alberta and a Master's Degree from Queen's University. Darryl has over 20 years of extensive HR experience. He has over 30 years of experience working in Government, Private, Public, and Nonprofit Industries.
Besides consulting services through his company Seven Bridges and Associates Consulting, Darryl also provides Training and Development in Leadership, Communications, and Human Resources.
