Val Carter

With many years of experience in a wide variety of organizations, Val’s knowledge is based in the real world. She’s been there, done that, failed many times – and learned from her experiences.

Val is certified in both human resources and training & development. Through her company, The Success Centre, she partners with organizations both large and small to design and deliver enjoyable results-based learning sessions. She also facilitates courses for Continuing Education at the University of Calgary.

Janet Salopek

Janet is a CPHR with 20 plus years of experience. She is a senior business leader with a strong background in strategic planning, human resources and board governance. She also brings to the client advanced certification in Board Governance with an Institute of Corporate Directors designation (ICD.D). In June of 2005, she left her position as VP of Human Resources for United Farmers of Alberta and in 2006, incorporated Salopek & Associates Ltd.

Brenda R. Rehaluk

Brenda Rehaluk is the organizational consultant and an Executive Coach and Trainer at Leadership Discovery. She founded the company in January 2015. Megan de Nooy
