I offer more than 28 years of Human Resources experience in the public and industrial sectors in northern Alberta and B.C., in union and non-union environments. My career began as a Regional Personnel Manager with the Alberta Government, moved to Canadian Forest Products Ltd. (Canfor) in B.C. and Alberta as HR Coordinator. Finally, as Executive Director at Grande Prairie Regional College I lead the HR Department, assisted the Board in hiring its President and successfully managed two mergers prior to starting my own consulting business.
Lisa Holden Rovers is the Founder of Workplace Matters, a coaching and training firm that grows strong leaders and builds cohesive teams.
