Draw Information

All members that renew between January 2 – 31, 2021 are entered to win one of the following three prizes

1. Free attendance to all 2021 Professional Development events
2. One CPHR Alberta 2021 Annual Conference registration
3. $500 Visa gift card

Terms and Conditions

• First name drawn wins the free attendance to all 2021 professional development events (attendance is for one individual,  non transferable, registration required)
• Second name drawn wins the CPHR Alberta 2021 Annual Conference Registration
• Third name wins the $500 Visa gift card
• CPHR Alberta employees are not eligible for this contest
• Student members are not eligible for this contest
• CPHR Alberta accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason
• The closing date of the 2021 CPHR Alberta Member Renewals Prize is January 31, 2021 at 11:59 PM. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered
• Three winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process on February 5, 2021.
• The winners will be notified by email on February 5, 2021 and must provide their postal code to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days (by February 12, 2021), the winner’s prize will be forfeited and CPHR Alberta will select another winner at random draw.
• Recipients will receive their prize by mail or email
• The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes
• CPHR Alberta accepts no responsibility for any damages, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of accepting the prize.
