About the Webinar

Neurodiversity highlights how neurological differences are the result of normal and natural variation, rather than a disease or a disorder. Meaningful employment for neurodiverse adults is not only transformative for those people, but adds real value to the workforce. Hiring these people isn’t just a mark of corporate social responsibility, it can be a part of an organization’s HR plan to bring relevant and targeted skills to their workforce. But how can those HR strategies evolve? Managers, HR professionals and those in the disability community are encouraged to attend a webinar discussing the workplace challenges and opportunities for finding and utilizing people whose needs may be diverse, but whose talent and workforce contribution is untapped. Please join us in a partnered event with the University of Calgary's School of Public Policy.
